Key Responsibility for Marketing Development Department (MDD)
Development
Strategize the best alternative for landing the IPSTAR business, for the purpose of commercializing IPSTAR business in countries within Asia Pacific
Creating marketing lead initiatives to drive the revenue for regional businesses
Engage in establishing strategic relationships with partner whom will enhance IPSTAR products
Explore local market conditions such as legal and regulatory requirements and identifying customer demographics, market nature and competitive landscape
Develop IPSTAR product, pricing and service offering according to local market needs so that this can be commercialized in an efficient and effective way
Create strategic business models that facilitate the cooperation with distribution partners by identifying key responsibilities, flow of transactions and business policy, terms and conditions
Establishing strategic relationships with strategic partners, from initiating cooperation agreements at the same time maintaining the cooperation


Back Office
Develop information and analysis to senior management utilized for strategic decision making
Provide ongoing updates, summary and analysis of key IPSTAR markets to senior management

(Two Positions)

General Description
Experienced marketer with a keen business sense, taking independent lead in market development
Responsible for developing IPSTAR business and strategies among partners and customers within the Asia Pacific
Outgoing, assertive, energetic and having the ability to handle a dynamic environment
Ability to communicate company strategy and business plan to potential markets

Job Scope
Provide consulting to sales team and partner/customer in implementation of marketing development strategies
Conduct commercial training workshops with partners and potentials
Develop planning and design of whole sale and retail strategies
Create business plans and feasibility analysis for IPSTAR markets
Provide market evaluation forecasting and analysis of various markets within the Asia-Pacific

Qualifications
At least 5+ years of business development or marketing experience preferably in Telecom, IT or B2B companies
Bachelors Degree preferably in Marketing and Finance; Telecommunications, Engineering and related field can be considered
MBA or a Masters Degree in the relevant field with the above qualifications would be highly considered
Understand Project Valuation & Financial Analysis
Understanding of the telecommunications industry
Good presentation skills in the English language
Strong analytical, initiate and problem-solving skills
Travel oversea on frequent basis
Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Proficient in English with a minimum TOEIC score of 750

(One Position)

General Description
The Marketing Analyst shall be experienced in preparing financial information and consolidated reports with attention to detail
Outgoing, assertive and task oriented in order to provide timely assignment completion


Job Scope
Responsible for financial reports, budgeting and summary for regional businesses to senior executives
Data analytical skills, clarity and brevity of thinking ability to transform data in meaningful information for driving decision and recommendation
Analyze the potentials of regional markets and evaluate through feasibility study
Communicate and liaise internally between HQ department as well as Country Representative offices in order to monitor and report performance
Marketing study and analysis based on potential customers business opportunity and Competitor Analysis
Maintain and manage company information database/library


Qualifications
At least 2+ years of marketing, finance or economic experience preferably in Telecom, IT or B2B companies
Bachelors Degree preferably in Marketing and Finance; Telecommunications, Engineering; other related field can be considered
MBA or a Masters Degree in the relevant field with the above qualifications would be highly considered
Understand Valuation & Financial Analysis, marketing research and communication
Ability to create forecasting, budgeting and create key performance indicators (KPIs)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with systematic and well organized way of thinking
Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Proficient in English with a minimum TOEIC score of 600
