RBD : Use "brain" and "connections" of Thai professionals living overseas to help in the development of Thailand, particularly in science and technology. -- ประสานงานให้คนไทยในต่างแดน สามารถมีส่วนร่วมในการพัฒนาประเทศของตนได้

Missions : (1) Identify and attract experienced high-level Thai professional living overseas to participate in mission-oriented projects, and promote development of core teams led by the respective Thai professionals. Moreover, you can ask your advisor about any opportunity. Since, in many cases, there are many scholarships that will be offered only upon recommendation. Embassy/Consulate of your interested country is a very good source, of course.
